Obsrv.org (Also known as "Outbreak Server Resurrection", "Outbreak Server" and 「アウトブレイクサーバー」in Japan ) is a Resident Evil Outbreak File 1 and File 2 Server restoration project aimed and known for creating an alternative server for Japanese version of the games and bringing back online play as of 2014.[1]
